With [Kleer MCP](/en/integration/kleer-mcp-claude-ai-for-ekonomianalys) connected, Claude can build a dashboard with your figures from Kleer: cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, year-to-date result, revenue and costs per month, cash forecast and the largest supplier invoices. You describe what you want to see in plain text, and Claude fetches the data, builds the page and opens it.

The feature comes from Claude, not from Kleer, and is in beta on Claude's paid plans. Read more at Claude: [Dashboards and Motion](https://claude.com/resources/articles/dashboards-and-motion).

## Admin: done once

1. **Switch on Dashboards** under **Organization settings** > **Artifacts** in Claude. The feature is switched off by default.
2. **Add the Kleer connection** (MCP) to the organisation and make sure it is connected.
3. **Decide whether dashboards may be shared outside the organisation.** This is controlled by the admin's sharing settings.

## User: how to build the dashboard

1. **Connect Kleer and activate the connection in the chat.** Note the exact name of the connection in Claude, for example "Kleer demo". The name must match exactly, otherwise the dashboard will not find any data.
2. **Ask Claude in plain text**, for example: "Build a financial dashboard for [company] with data from Kleer. Show cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable and year-to-date result, as well as revenue and costs per month, cash forecast and the largest supplier invoices."
3. **Claude fetches the data, builds the page and opens it.** Approve the connection when the browser asks.
4. **Click a figure** to see the question behind it. Ask Claude to change things, add charts or switch company.
5. **Share or pass it on** according to what your admin allows.

The dashboard shows the company that the Kleer connection is connected to. If you want to see another company, switch company in the connection or ask Claude to switch.

## Watch a short video

The video shows how to open a saved dashboard and review the sources behind the figures.

## Tip: a ready-made prompt

This prompt gives an easy-to-read dashboard with live data. Replace `[company name]` with your company and paste it into Claude.

```text
Build a financial dashboard for [company name] with live data from the Kleer MCP connection.
Start by checking which company is active in Kleer and that it is [company name]. Fetch real data. Do not make up any figures. If something cannot be fetched, state which part it concerns instead of filling in examples.
The dashboard is to fetch its data directly from Kleer every time it is opened (live), not be saved figures.
At the top, show four key figures:
- Cash position
- Open accounts receivable
- Open accounts payable
- Year-to-date result
Below them:
1. Revenue and costs per month, as a bar chart.
2. Cash forecast for the next three months.
3. Accounts receivable broken down by due date (not yet due, 1 to 30, 31 to 60, over 60 days).
4. The five largest open supplier invoices, as a table.
Write the company and the date of the fetch in the page header. Keep it simple and easy to read, with Kleer's purple as the main colour.
If a part cannot be loaded (for example because I lack permission in Kleer), show a clear line about it instead of an empty box.
```

What makes the prompt good:

- **It checks the company first**, so that you do not end up looking at the wrong company's figures.
- **It forbids made-up figures.** If something cannot be fetched, Claude is to say so instead of filling in examples.
- **It asks for live data**, so that the dashboard fetches new figures every time you open it.
- **It shows a clear line when a part cannot be loaded**, for example because you lack permission in Kleer.
