If your company is a customer of Handelsbanken, the bank accounts are connected to Kleer through an ISO20022 integration. Through it, Kleer sends payments to the bank, and the bank sends back transactions and messages about what has happened to the payments. How the connection is set up is described in [Handelsbanken: bank connection](/en/implementering/uppstart/implementering-bankkoppling-handelsbanken).

## Pay from Kleer

With the integration in place, you create supplier invoices, salaries and expenses for payment directly in Kleer. How you follow and cancel the payments is described in [Send supplier payments](/en/bank/skicka-leverantorsbetalningar).

The integration only handles payments from the company's Swedish accounts.

## Sign the payments

At Handelsbanken there are two ways to give a payment its final approval.

### Sign in the internet bank

This is the default. A payment that has been approved in Kleer must also be signed in Handelsbanken's internet bank or business app before it is sent on.

When Kleer has sent the payments to the bank, everyone at the company who has payment permission in Kleer receives an SMS with a link to the business app. If the user has no phone number in Kleer, an email is sent instead.

You can choose how early the payments are sent to the bank, and therefore when you sign:

- **When it is time**: one banking day before the payment date for supplier invoices, five banking days before for salaries and expenses.
- **Immediately**: right when the payment has been approved in Kleer, so that you can sign at once even though the money is only drawn on the payment date.
- **A few banking days before it is time**: a middle option.

The choice is made by your consultant at Kleer.

### Sign with BankID in Kleer

With an additional agreement at Handelsbanken, the payments can instead be signed with BankID directly in Kleer. Then you never need to log in to the internet bank to approve a payment, and no SMS messages are sent. The button for paying is then called **Sign**. This applies to supplier invoices, salaries and expenses.

How to order the additional agreement is described in [Handelsbanken ISO with final approval in Kleer](/en/bank/handelsbanken/handelsbanken-iso-med-slutgodkannande-i-kleer).

## Amount limit per day

Handelsbanken has an amount limit per account and day, and transfers between the company's own accounts also count towards it. If the limit is reached, no more payments are carried out that day. The amount limit is decided in the agreement with the bank, and is changed through your bank contact.

## Transactions and balances

Handelsbanken reports back to Kleer when a payment has been received and carried out, and sends account statements with the company's transactions. The transactions end up on the bank account in Kleer and are reconciled against the bookkeeping. What cannot be matched automatically is handled as described in [Unhandled bank transactions](/en/bank/bank-ohanterade-banktransaktioner).
