## What do you as an employee, need to do in Kleer?

In Kleer you are able to report your absence from work, time worked on a project and also approve your salary. You can also report receipts such as wellness incentive (friskvårdsbidrag) but also mileage allowance and per diem allowances. There are tips here on procedures to follow to ensure that everything operates as smoothly as possible – not only for you but also for your managers who administer your salary and your expenses!

## How do you report time and process expenses in Kleer?

If you have time reporting in Kleer enabled, you report time on a project that may generate supporting data for salary, invoicing and follow-up of hours worked. Then all time worked and absence from work is processed in the time reporting module and finally the payslip is previewed in the salary report. The salary report corresponds to your entire payslip, all your worked hours, monthly salary and absence from work but also salary adjustments such as salary sacrifice or benefits. Preview and approve your payslip so that you know exactly what you will be paid in the coming month!
