Do you have a corporate card with AirPlus/Eurocard/SEB Corporate that your company has integrated with Kleer?

### How does the receipt reporting work when you have AirPlus/Eurocard/SEB Corporate?

Kleer has a co-operation with AirPlus/SEB to simplify the processing of expenses made with the corporate card. See below how it works for you as the card user!

### When are the transactions visible in Kleer?

First and foremost, your company needs to have an integration activated between AirPlus/SEB and Kleer.

Then card transactions will appear as reservations in the Kleer app (Expenses > Card transactions to report) or on the web (Expenses > Sort receipts) as soon as you use the card. You will also get a push notification from the app if you allow this.

*Note: For existing customers who remain on an older agreement with Eurocard (signed before December 15, 2023), reservations do not appear in Kleer in real-time. The transactions are sent by file once per day, and only settled transactions are sent. This means that it can take 24-48 hours for your purchase to appear in Kleer.*

You can of course also have a AirPlus/SEB Corporate card without integration, and then the transactions will not be visible in Kleer. Please ask your employer if you are uncertain about this.

### What kind of card do you have?

There are two different AirPlus/SEB Corporate alternatives that you can have.

**Card 1: Does the company receive the invoice and pay it?**

In that case you need to report the supporting data for the transactions you made in Kleer for the accounting to be correct. Should you forget to report the receipts then you risk having a deduction from salary since the company then lacks documentation for the transactions in the accounting system you made via the corporate card.

**Card 2: Do you get the invoice sent to your home and then pay it yourself?**

Then you have a corporate or business card that really functions as a private expense when you report it. After all, you are paying the bill yourself with the benefit that you have time to bring in the money before you actually pay it. You avoid expending your own money but you can also keep your transactions in good order. The company also pays the annual fee for the card; this does not differ then from a corporate or business card where the company pays the bill.

### What is the purpose of the transactions being visible in Kleer on your purchases?

**Card 1: The company pays the bill**

You are responsible for reporting the receipts for the transactions you made on the corporate card; otherwise you may suffer a deduction on your salary. The benefit you gain from seeing the transactions in Kleer is simply that you see exactly what you need to report and can then tick off as appropriate. It thus becomes simpler to see what remains to enter in the account and which supporting data is lacking.

**Card 2: You pay the invoice yourself**

If you pay the invoice yourself then you do not forget to report the associated expenses. The first occasion you report expenses you select them as private. After all you shall have the money paid to you so that you obtain compensation for the invoice you are paying! Has it so happened that you have incurred some expense that is nothing to do with the company? Then you yourself can remove the transaction concerned.

### How do you match supporting data against the transactions?

Expenses paid using AirPlus are still processed in three stages: send in supporting documents or data, process the expense item and then submit it. The processing for AirPlus, however, is different since the transactions are visible in Kleer and you can then match and map your purchases. The transactions that you need to report expenses on are visible highest up, under “Process Expense” and are sorted by invoice as well as non-invoiced expense. You still need to take photos of or email the receipts that you are to submit. Subsequently you are able to press on a particular transaction and then select which of the supporting documentation you took photos of actually belongs to the transaction. When it is saved, the expense in question is moved, as normal, to *Ready to submit *and the transaction is moved from the filter *Not processed* to *Processed. *The usual arrangement is for you to *Submit* your receipts journal after the processing.

### Why do I get multiple push notifications about the same purchase?

- If you have added your card as a **virtual card** to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, those apps by default sends you a push notification about new purchases.

- - You can enable or disable those notifications per card, so make sure to open the wallet app, select your card and open the notifications settings to disable them for any cards integrated with Kleer.

- If you have the **AirPlus** or **SEB Corporate app** installed, you might have to disable push notifications for those apps as well. This is done from the app settings in those apps.
