Price lists
With price lists in Kleer you collect fixed prices for activities that can be reused in projects.
A price list consists of base information and a number of price rows. This manual describes how you create and manage price lists and their price rows.
Overview of price lists
The Price lists page shows all the price lists that have been set up.
- The Name column links to each price list.
- The Next price adjustment column shows the next allowed date for a price change.
- With the filter you can switch between active and inactive price lists.
Select one or more price lists with the checkboxes and use Activate or Deactivate to change their status.
Create a new price list
- Click New price list on the overview page.
- Fill in the Base information:
- Name: the name of the price list.
- Price adjustment allowed from (under Conditions for price adjustment): the date from which the next price change may be made at the earliest.
- Additional information: free text that describes the price list.
- Click Save base information.
Manage price rows
Once the price list is saved, you can add price rows under the heading Price rows.
Changes to price rows (added, removed or changed rows) are saved directly. No changes made to the price list affect existing projects.
Add a row with Add row. In the Price row dialog you enter:
- Activity name: the name of the activity.
- Base activity: the invoice activity the row is based on.
- Description: internal description.
- Text on the invoice: the text that is shown on the invoice.
- Current client invoice price: the applicable price. The current price applies from today.
- Also register future price: tick to enter an upcoming price. The following is then shown:
- Future client invoice price: the new price.
- Future price valid from: the date when the future price starts to apply (tomorrow at the earliest).
Click Save to add the row.
Edit, remove, import and export
- Edit a row directly in the table via the edit icon and save the row.
- Remove a row with the trash can icon. The row is removed from the price list, no existing projects are affected.
- Export to Excel to download all price rows.
- Import from Excel to replace all rows in the price list with the content of an Excel file (.xls or .xlsx). You are asked to confirm that all rows should be replaced before the import is carried out.
