Handelsbanken ISO with final approval in Kleer

How to connect to Handelsbanken's ISO integration, where you give final approval to payments with BankID directly in Kleer.

If you have an ISO20022 integration with Handelsbanken, you can connect to a new integration where you sign payments with BankID directly in Kleer. The new integration replaces your existing ISO integration with Handelsbanken.

Handelsbanken charges a fee for the integration with final approval. Talk to your bank contact about what applies.

How to connect

1. Fill in the two templates under Excel templates and hand them in to your Handelsbanken branch.
   • Beställningsunderlag (order form) covers your company: organisation number, account number, the amount limit in the power of attorney (the highest total amount per day) and whether Bankgiro incoming payments are to be included.
   • Filgodkännare (file approvers) covers the people at your company who are to approve payment files in Kleer. They must be registered at Handelsbanken, so fill in the personal identity number, name and email for each of them. They do not need any service or power of attorney at the bank; the details are only needed for it to work technically.
2. Also include contact details for your authorised signatories: name, personal identity number and email address. If the company is signed by two jointly, include the details for both. This makes the agreement process easier.
3. The bank branch prepares an agreement that you sign on paper or digitally through Digital Signering 3.0 or Verified 3.0.
4. Once Handelsbanken has activated the integration, Signera betalningar i Kleer (Sign payments in Kleer) needs to be activated by your consultant at Kleer. Until then, you do not need to do anything in Kleer.
