SEB in Kleer
What the SEB integration does in Kleer: how payments are sent and approved, how the transactions come in, and which functions exist only for SEB.
If your company is a customer of SEB, the bank accounts are connected to Kleer through an ISO20022 integration. Through it, Kleer sends payments to the bank, and the bank sends back transactions and messages about what has happened to the payments. How the connection is set up is described in SEB: bank connection.
Pay from Kleer
With the integration in place, you pay supplier invoices, salaries and expenses directly in Kleer, without creating them in the internet bank. The payment is sent to SEB with a margin before the payment date:
| Payment | Sent to SEB |
|---|---|
| Supplier invoices | One banking day before the payment date |
| Salaries and expenses | Five banking days before the payment date |
If the payment is created later than that, it is sent immediately. How you follow and cancel the payments is described in Send supplier payments.
Approve the payments
At SEB you choose, when the integration is connected, whether payments are to be approved only in Kleer, or both in Kleer and in the Business Arena internet bank. The choice is made in SEBâs form, not in Kleer.
We recommend approving only in Kleer. Otherwise every payment file must also be approved in Business Arena with BankID before it is sent on. If you want to change the choice afterwards, contact your bank contact at SEB.
Transactions and balances
SEB reports back to Kleer when a payment has been received and when it has been carried out, and sends account statements with the companyâs transactions. The transactions end up on the bank account in Kleer and are reconciled against the bookkeeping. What cannot be matched automatically is handled as described in Unhandled bank transactions.
Functions that exist only for SEB
If the company has at least one active SEB account, two pages are shown under Bank in the left menu:
- Internal transfer: move money and exchange currency between the companyâs own SEB accounts.
- Accounts overview: see all accounts with live balances.
Both are described in SEB: Transfers and currency exchanges.
