The group module

What the group module gives you: a live, consolidated income statement and balance sheet for several companies, and how you get started together with Kleer's specialists.

Manage group accounting in Kleer

What is included in the group module?

The group module gives you a continuous, consolidated view of several companies in the same group. The share register is the foundation: once the ownership shares are registered per company, Kleer automatically tags every transaction and voucher with an organisation number, based on the customer and supplier cards, and uses that to build a consolidated income statement and balance sheet for the group, including eliminations.

In addition to the reports, the module includes a group overview of the ownership structure and its history, a group reconciliation for finding items that do not match between the companies, a voucher flow for posting the group’s eliminations and adjustments, handling of group goodwill and its amortisation, and a group dashboard with key figures and action points for the whole group.

The module can be used by Swedish companies. To get the full effect, that is a complete group report, Kleer recommends that all the companies in the group are in the system.

Do you want to start using the group module?

To make sure the group module suits you, we do a joint review where we look at your structure, your needs and how the way of working would suit you.

Before we can start up the module, we need:

  1. A thorough review to be done, where we look at, among other things, how the monthly closing is handled today.
  2. To make sure there are routines that suit working efficiently with the group module.
  3. You to take part in answering a number of questions (a questionnaire) that help us understand the conditions.
