Group overview

Group overview is a separate view in the group part that gives a graphical overview of the group's ownership structure and how it has changed over time.

You reach the view through the menu item Group overview (the heading of the page is Overview).

Ownership, the organisation tree

At the top, the group’s ownership structure is shown as an organisation tree with parent companies and subsidiaries. Each company shows its ownership share:

• If the share of votes and the share of capital are equal, a single percentage is shown.
• If they differ, both Votes and Capital are shown separately.

With the Date selector at the top you can see what the ownership relationships looked like at a certain point in time. The tree is updated to the chosen date.

History

Under History you follow changes in ownership over time. You can switch between two modes:

• Table: a list with Date, Company, Vote percentage, Capital percentage and Ownership change.
• Timeline: a visual timeline of ownership events. Click an event in the timeline to update the organisation tree to that point in time.

Things to keep in mind

• The view requires that the group module is activated and that the company’s ownership structure is registered in Kleer.
• Permissions control which parts of the group you see.
