Employees and the new employment contract
Employees get their own place in the menu and the employment contract has been rebuilt from the ground up. Here you see what will change.
Employees now have their own place in the menu, where you see all staff in one place and administer everything that concerns the employment. Here you can also follow up important key figures and get a quick overview of the inflow and outflow in the company. The employment contract has been rebuilt at the same time, so it is faster to create new contracts and update existing ones.
What will change
Previously the employees were under Settings > Users, together with everyone who has a login in your company. The structure of that list did not give a quick overview of who is employed, and who is starting and leaving.
With the new contract you get:
- An overview straight away. You see how many you are, who has started and left, and which changes are on the way.
- A clear difference between employees and users. An employee has an employment contract.
- Faster hiring. The user and the employment contract are created in one and the same step.
- A contract that is easier to work in. The settings are collected in fewer tabs, and every tab has been given a new structure.
