Build the organisation tree for payroll and control who can see the whole organisation.

You reach the organisation under Payroll > Organisation. Here you build the tree of who reports to whom, which controls authorisation and who sees whose information.

Build the tree

The tree is put together by placing employees under their manager. When you save, Kleer confirms that the organisation chart for the company has been saved.

Group employees gathers the leaves in the tree, that is, those who have no one under them. In a department with many employees the chart would otherwise quickly become unreadable.

Who can see the whole organisation

There is a special setting for who can see the whole organisation tree, not just their own branch. It is worth going through consciously: it decides how much of the company’s structure an individual manager sees.

Change an employment contract from here

If you click a person in the tree, you can edit the person’s employment contract directly, without going the long way round via the user list. The dialog shows whose contract you are about to change.
