Remind employees and managers to lock/approve the monthly report

A function that makes it easy to remind employees and managers to lock or approve their monthly reports on time.

More efficient reminders and follow-up on the status of the monthly reports.

We are introducing a function that makes it easier to remind employees and managers to lock or approve their monthly reports on time.

With the new function you can send reminder emails to the employees who have not yet locked their monthly report, or to the managers who have not approved the reports on time. This makes it easier to follow up and make sure that all reports are handled within the set time frame.

The function is available to you if you have the role Administer all the payroll.

Send a reminder to employees:

If an employee has not yet locked their monthly report, you can send a reminder in your name with a single click.

Under Authorise > Not locked by employee you can easily select all employees, or a selection of them, to send a reminder to.

  • Select the people you want to send a reminder to (you can also select all).
  • Click Send reminder.
  • You now get a confirmation that shows how many people the reminder will be sent to.
  • Click Send.

The email looks like it comes from you, the person who clicks the send button. There is a risk that the email ends up in the Other folder if you use Outlook.

Send a reminder to managers:

If a manager has not yet approved the monthly reports, you can send a reminder in your name with a single click.

Under Authorise > For approval you can easily select all employees, or a selection of them, whose managers you want to send a reminder to.

  • Select the people you want to send a reminder for (you can also select all).
  • Click Send reminder.
  • You now get a confirmation that shows how many people the reminder will be sent to.
  • Click Send.

The email looks like it comes from you, the person who clicks the send button. There is a risk that the email ends up in the Other folder if you use Outlook.
