Payment report
The payment report shows what has been paid on supplier invoices during a chosen period.
The payment report shows what has been paid on supplier invoices during a chosen period, invoice by invoice and grouped by supplier. It is a good basis when you want to follow up what has actually gone out and to whom, without opening each invoice separately.
What the report shows
At the top, the period is shown as From and To. Two sections follow.
Invoices lists the invoices that were affected by a payment during the period. The rows are grouped by supplier, with the supplierâs name as a subheading and a total for the group at the bottom.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Invoice no. | The invoice number. The number is a link to the invoice. If the reference is missing, it says Missing. |
| Amount | The invoice amount. |
| Opening balance | What was left to pay when the period began. |
| Last adjustment | The date of the last payment on the invoice. |
| Paid amount | What was paid during the period. |
| Closing balance | What is left to pay when the period ends. |
Amounts are shown with their currency code, so invoices in currencies other than SEK are easy to tell apart.
Summary ends the report with one row per currency.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Currency | The currency the amounts refer to. |
| Total paid amount | The total amount paid in that currency during the period. |
