Payroll rule report

The payroll rule report shows which payroll rules are linked to which employees.

In the report list in Kleer, the report is called Payroll rule report.

The report answers the question “who is covered by this rule?”, not “which rules exist?”. That makes it useful when you want to check that the right people have the right rule before a payroll run, or when you are troubleshooting why an employee’s salary was calculated in a certain way.

What the report shows

At the top is Company with the company name. A table follows, with one row per employee and payroll rule.

Column What it shows
Name The employee’s name.
Rule type The type of rule the row applies to.
Payroll rule The rule within that type that is linked to the employee.
Responsible consultant The company’s responsible consultant.

If an employee has several rules, each rule gets its own row.

How to use the report

  1. Open the report from the report list.
  2. Choose a rule in the Choice of rule list. The options are written as rule type - payroll rule. If you leave the field empty, all rules are included.
  3. Click Show.

The report is shown on screen. You can also download it with Export to PDF or Export to Excel.
