Vacation reports

Kleer has two reports that help you keep track of employees' vacation: Vacation pay (the percentage rule) and Saved vacation days.

The first shows the basis for vacation pay calculated under the percentage rule, and the second shows how many vacation days have been saved. Together they give you a picture of the company’s vacation position ahead of payroll and vacation handling.

Vacation pay (the percentage rule): what it shows

The Vacation pay (the percentage rule) report shows the basis for vacation pay calculated under the percentage rule. Here you see the vacation pay each employee has earned, which gives you a basis for paying out and reconciling vacation pay.

How to use Vacation pay

Choose the date or period you want to see the basis for. The report calculates the vacation pay under the percentage rule, based on the employees’ salary basis.

Saved vacation days: what it shows

The Saved vacation days report shows how many vacation days each employee has saved. It gives you an overview of the company’s total vacation liability in the form of saved days, and helps when you plan vacation leave.

How to use Saved vacation days

Open the report to see the current position per employee. The report is based on the employees’ registered vacation balances.
