Make sure the Swedish Tax Agency’s mail reaches the right place!

When we at Kleer take over from your old accounting firm, you need to change your special tax address on verksamt.se.

Why does this need to be changed?

The Swedish Tax Agency sends information to these details, so they need to be up to date for information and documents to arrive correctly.

How do you do it?

1. Log in at verksamt.se.

2. When you are logged in, click your way into Mina sidor (My pages) and find the heading “Skatteverket” in the left-hand column

3. Under the heading Skatteverket, click “Ändra kontaktuppgifter” (Change contact details). Choose which company it concerns in the list shown under “Välj företag” (Choose company). Note that you must be a registered authorised signatory of the company you want to change the address for

4. Finally you come to a view for Kontaktuppgifter (Contact details) for the chosen company, and you scroll down to the heading Särskild skatteadress (Special tax address). There you change the address to the following: c/o Kleer Group AB, Box 90255, 120 24 Stockholm.

   You then sign digitally with your Mobile BankID, and you are done!

Do you need to register the special tax address on paper?

This is only done if you are not able to register as above! In that case you fill in this form.
