Introduction: The employment contract in Kleer

Everything you need to know about the employment contract

The settings in the employment contract make up the employee’s salary, so make sure you get it right from the start!

It should be easy to do the right thing in Kleer, and there are not many steps to set up an employee’s employment contract. Employments can look different, though, so there are many settings to choose between. We take you through all the parts of the contract.

The contract is divided into tabs at the top of the page. Click between them to reach the different parts:

General, Salary, Vacation, Schedule, Time off in lieu, Company car and benefits, Absence, Payroll rules, Other, Notes and Statements of earnings and tax deductions.

Not all tabs are shown to everyone. Which ones you see depends on the company’s setup and on your permissions.

Below the tabs is History, which shows the changes Kleer has logged automatically on the contract.

The arrows at the bottom of the page do not belong to the sections. They move to the previous or next employee.
